Will not start......still

OK I have a new starter , new battery with new cable and new relay.....fuel pump operates, does not start, will turn real fast but nothing. This has been sitting for a year or so and I just dont know where to go now. I tried to test as many things as I thought would prevent it from starting but my inexperience is getting hte best of me at this point. any help anyone can give would be most welcome

you may have something clogging the fuel line. does it have fuel pressure going into the engine bay? if so then the above is not true. then, are the injectors getting signal? are they gitting fuel? is your computer hooked up? are there any loose wires/vacuum hoses/anything in the engine bay? any fuses burnt out? hope this helps or maybe you've done this already...i don't know.
