whats the opinion on a electric supercharger? i have a blazer with 72,000 miles on it and i want to super charge it. i will get a true super charger later but i was woundering if anybodys played with one. i knew a person who had installed a leaf blower on his intake and claimed that it took 2 secs of his 1/4 mile. he had a newer camaro. i think it was a 6. what kind of boost could i expect from it. i'm trying to get somthing just to beat the rice burners. once the 4.3 thats in it dies i'm dropping in a 350.

Bigimte scam and you will be laughed at. ps. the only boost you'll get from an electric leaf blower is about eaqual to the vacuum the engine normally has-lee

not to mention the placement of that leaf blower will restrict air going into the engine in the first place. So unless its turned on you will lose performance. And even with it on it will do nothing.
