F**king mexico trip

OK, so my family is going to mexico sometime in November for an all inclusive trip to some 5 star resort. The problem is I fucking hate touristy places! I also hate going on vacation with my family, everytime we do, i always end up fighting with them and I come back more stressed than when I left. The worst part is they asked me If I wanted to go and I flat out said no, they asked me several times in case i changed my mind but i didnt, NO i dont want to go, end of story, how fucking hard is that to understand? I figured since I didnt go to Las Vegas with them twice already they would have gotten the message, but no, apearlenty me telling them no and doing my best to avoid them didnt count for anything :banghead: Dont anyone say something along the lines of " youve got a trip to mexico and your complaining" First of all, i HATE TOURISTY PLACES!, Im very tempature sensative, hot places and me dont get along well. I dont like to fly, ive got long legs and there is never enough leg room :banghead: The part that bothers me the most about this whole thing is I will most likely be out of contact with my G/F for a week :crying: Why the hell cant they just wake up and realize I dont want to go and that Ill be much happier staying here without them :banghead: The only way this trip would be worth going for is if I could take my GF with me but that cant happen :disappoin FUCK! i need to go break something!

While you have my sympathy, consider this:
Your family love and support you enough that they want you along.
When you really get inot the workforce, vacation time and vacation money becomes very hard to find. It will be next to impossible to find it.

Years down the road, when your parents are too sick (like mine) or too dead (like my wife's) to take a vacation with you anymore, you will be happy you had the opportunity to do so now.

I do work, and i dont get paid for my holidays, so its basically going to be 5 days in hell without pay. I dont drink anymore so, i cant even get drunk and forget it all. If you knew my dad, there is no way anyone could have fun with him. when he is on holidays, its his way or no fucking chance in hell.

then just dont go, its as easy as that, if u dont wanna go dont. i wouldnt go with my family either, and yes mexico is too hot for me too. and all the resturants were outside, no ac. the water was like 90000 degrees unless u swam down about 15 feet in which case is cooled down to a nicer, 95. however if u do end up going, and u dont like the touristy places check out i thing the quehotes. they are underwater caves, so damn cool. crystal clear water, they are about 50-100 feet deep, but only look like theyare 3 until u dive down and try to reach the bottom. those caves were by far the coolest thing in mexico, so if you go ask if there are any around, they will be well worth the trip

its already paid for and it cant be refunded or so im told. I already told them i might not go, I told them I didnt want to go, so fuck their money

Yep, I agree. And what do you mean touristy places? Wherever you go on vacation it's gonna be touristy. Quit looking at vacations as being something touristy, but rather as a new experience and view something different than your own city.

I know it's difficult going on vacation with parents sometimes. I get frustrated with mine, but hell I'm not gonna complain when I'm on a nice vacation that I'm fortunate enough to be on. If your parents have plans to tour, than keep your ass at the hotel and meet people your age and get fucked up. There are some cool ass people on vacation.

I get sent all over the place for business, ALONE. No one to kick it with, no one to talk to, just walk around the place ALONE. Now THAT sucks, but I still do it...

Quit acting spoiled and spend some time with your family. My Dad hardly ever went on vacations with us...Now I can never go on vacation with him, or see him, cause he's been 10 feet under since '97. Yeah, I was 13 then... and the worst part, we KNEW he could keel over at any moment, for EIGHT years, and I still didn't spend as much time with him as I should have. Suck it up and GO.

Im am grateful they asked me to go, its the fact that I said I didnt want to go and they are still forcing me to go that pisses me off. the touristy places, I conciter those to be the classic hangout for tourists, disney land, vegas, all the popular places that are crowded with hundreds of people. My idea of a perfect holiday is away from places like these.

do you know what resort they are staying at? i stayed at the Palladium Grand Resort and it was the coolest place ever. and peacefull too. theres so much to see like the mayan pyrimids and caves n stuff. and i went scuba diving down there too. it was a blast. we went in january and it wasnt all that hot at all and i live in wisconsin so its not like im used to hot weather. and there arent tons of people all in one place because its so spread out. i would say go.

waaaaa waaaa if you are not happy then you should move out and be a real man on your own then you wont have to on any of these kick ass vactions with your pain in the ass parents. when you get off work you can stair at the boooooob tube all nite with your girl friend if you still have one cause they like to go place. yeah i hated going with my parents on vacations . but i always had the best times cause i did not waste my time crying like a baby. my kids are 25 and 22 in college and still at home i say i want to go some where this weekend they are ready to drop every thing and go. cause they love the free ride and gooooood times. so my best advise to you is grow up little boy grow up little boy and stop being an ass bite.............................................. .................................................. .................................................. ...................... :nutkick: :chair: :crying:
