Help On Replacing Light Bulb

I Have A 1990 Lexus Ls400 And I Have An Indicator Light Showing Up Saying The Rear Light Is Out Well I Found Which One Is Out But The Problem Is I Cant Seem To Get To It The One That Is In The Trunk Lid And I Opened Up The Little Velcro Patch But Cant Seem To Find The Bulb Do You Know If I Need To Start Un Screwing Stuff Or What? Is There Some Kind Of Technique?
