I have read somewhere recently that if you remove the sensor from the cat and rap it in tin foil it will do just fine. I'm ready to install a high-flow CAT and it doesn't have a place for the sensor. Am I right about the tin foil thing? What should I do exactly? Thanks

Yes, leaving it to open air will usually make the ECU think the cat is present and functioning. The foil trick is a safety precaution, the sensor is heated and gets a bit hot. I recomend wrapping it in foil, but leaving it OUTSIDE the car, ziptied to something underneath. Some poeple put it in the car, under the seat. Sounds awefully risky to me ;)
