Engine Swap Please Help Me With what I Need

I need some serious help figuring out what I need to do a complete engine and transmission swap to my 1992 Nissan Sentra 4-Dr. XE. It currently has a 1.6L and is currently automatic I would like to make it a manual with the swap. Since I want more power I need help figuring out what I need! The swap will be to a SR20DET FWD please help me?
