If you are talking about installing larger injectors? Then yes, you do need some type of logger. But to control the increased fuel flow from the larger injectors you need some type of fuel management (i.e. SAFC-II). Without the fuel management you won't be able to tune for the new injectors. Buying the logger will put you one step closer to getting the injectors.

ya you need an SAFC 1 or 2, or DSMlink, AEM EMS or any other fuel tuning device. with the SAFC you need some kind of datalogging to tune it right [DSMlink and AEM have it onboard]

ok, so if I plan to put bigger injector I need to spend like $500 dollars in a DSMlink and a SAFC 1 or 2, thats to much for my budget,

No, you need 2 things: a logger and something to tune with. Pocketlogger/S-AFCII is a common combo. DSMlink does BOTH. It has way more features than any AFC. It's basically a simpler standalone that costs less. You need an EPROM ECU to run DSMlink, too.

well I should have an eprom, cause my car is a 95 gs-t so it should be an eprom, so just spending:

http://www.dsmlink.com/ordering.html ($615),
AND
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...&category=33554 (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7923061550&category=33554) ($217),
is enought to make the Injector upgrade

You dont have to upgrade injectors for DSMlink, but if you are.. there's no reason to get small ones. I'd get 660's or 720's if I were you. Enough until you have a 10 second track car. Unless you KNOW you won't go bigger than 16g that is.

You dont have to upgrade injectors for DSMlink
I know that, I do need DSMlink if I want to put 550's injectors. I'm not thinkig to go bigger than 16g, cause the car will be a street car almost all the time. And I think that 550's i big enought for a 16g and it still good for street. But thats gonna be in the future, Right now I only going to put a walbro 255 fuel pump and I know i don't need a datalogger for that, do you think i will need a fuel pressure regulator for that fuel pump?

dude if your getting this for just a street car buy this, http://www.extremepsi.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=16346&cat=0&page=
then all you need is to buy a
referbished palm m100 pda($30)
and the pocketlogger.com obd-II package.(on sale $125)
i just orderd all this, just giving you options goodluck with whatever you choose.

P.S.
This is what the alphabet whould look like if Q and R were eleminated :)
