Accord 95 LX windows stuck

Hello people. Im having a problem, it seems that the console to lower the windows from the drivers seat is messed up and i need a new one. However, my drivers seat window is all the way down and i cant make it go back up.

Is there anyway i can do this without the control console being needed by pulling the window up somehow? please let me know if there is that way i can do it and then i can actually take the car out and leave it parked to buy the new console.
