2000 Ranger 3.0 Engine Knock

Getting engine knock when under load. Have replaced EGR, plugs, plug wires and most recent Ford replaced DPFE sensor and cleaned intake system. Still getting knock. Have read cleaning the IAT sensor may help with this problem. Where is this sensor and what it procedure for cleaning. Thx for any advise.

I Dont know what to tell you but i get the same problem with my 94 ranger, but it goes away if i put premium gas in it... i am puzzled as well
