I have a 1992 Honda Prelude. The past week, i've been having a problem in which after i get off of the freeway, the car has a hard time comming to a stop. Once the car would start running, it seemed as if it was running w/the cruise control on, yet it was off. If i then put the car in neutral, it would begin to rev. The first time it happened, i thought that maybe the gas pedal was stuck, so i pulled it w/my hand, and the car started running normally again. The problem happened again yesterday, but this time, the revving was worse. Once again, i pulled on the pedal, and it went down. Why would my gas pedal be getting stuck?
Also, the RPM's go up and down when in Park.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds Like You May Have A Eacv/iacv Valve Sticking. It Speeds Your Engine At Idle Until It Warms Up. Search "idle" To Find Info. You Can Tell If This Is It By Covering The Holes Just In Front Of The Throttle Body. Remove The Plastic Air Tube At The Intake. (two 1/2" Holes About 8 And 10 O'clock) Cover One And Then The Other With Your Finger. The Idle Will Do Right If It Is One Of These.
