Fake EX ? WTF!

Sup yall I got a question has any body seen a 1991 Civic EX With no power sunroof ? I did and it is An EX it says so on the title. my friend bought the car. 97000 original miles it was owned by only one person. This car Sounds Funny to me beacause its an EX with no sunroof
Its an EX All The Way Under the hood 5 SPD D16A6 It even Has a 35amp Fuse in the sunroof spot on the fuse box
But Wheres the sunroof???? Power window , power door looks ,
But NO POWER SUNROOF . Has Anybody seen a Car like this?

91's were avail w/out the roof

yea some EX's didnt have the sunroof. That fuse is in case you want to add one in.
