95 caravan headlights/breaklights

My 95 dodge caravan just lost head lights and break lights and I hear a buzzing sound from the dash? Any ideas what might be wrong?

Your bulkhead connector is failing. I fixed this problem by running a fused (30A) 10 AWG circuit from the under hood fuse box to the wire that feeds the headlight relay (lower left dash behind the relay panel). Solder all connections. When my van failed to light the headlights the door locks failed to engage too (just a buzz but no lock/unlock). I hope this helps.
