99 z71 not starting

i went out to go deer hunting yesterday and when i got back to my truck and turned the key it turned over than stoped, tried it agian and nothing. the battery is good all the lights and radio and electronics work, but when i turn the key it doesn't even turnover. had to leave the truck in the woods any ideas?

Starter or alternator.

did you or are going to test the battery ?

Try your fuel pump solenoid switch it should be under your hood in the fuse box. If the truck turns over and you cant hear the feul pump whine a little before turning the key all the way it is problably the problem.
