my car has been messing up since i got it first my car left me stranded at work because of some electrical problem (180 to fix) secondly my car is messing up from the drive shaft when i go over 40 my car vibrates. third my car left me stranded at work again because of a clutch problem now fixed (150 clutch+ 200 labor) that was the second time a called a tow truck $60 each forth my speedometer dosent want to work. lets do some math 180+350+120=650 + drive shaft + speedometer fix. that will put me over 1000 in repairs and this is my 4th week with the car what should i do. :( :frown:

Most 7's wont show you much love unless youv'e been showing them ALOT, and you havent had it long enough for it to feel like it needs to be reliable or anything :evillol:.
I got mine previously abused for 500 and have spent about 3000 on bringing it to better than new condition mechanically and getting it painted. I know my car loves me for it, last time I drove it the car saved my life! (me=brainfried, sorry if this doesn't make sense) :uhoh:

if you're giving up on the car after 4 weeks, then maybe you're not meant to own an RX7. I believe what Devout said. Rotaries need A LOT of love before they'll work for you. Every rotary engine has its own personality and that personality reflects on how the owner treats the car.

Some people are meant to own rotaries, and some aren't. Don't take it hard. There were plenty of times I cussed and kicked my car and all it would do is shit on me. But in the end, rub it the right way, and it'll work magic for you.

thats a very open ended question... you could do a p-port and totally strip it down and go all out race car and run 12, maybe less, not sure if less is possible or not, maybe with some spray or something...

but you could street port it and do some other stuff and run with TII's

if you p-port your engine then you'll be rebuilding it all the time and it would be strickly a track car...
