galant idle

I have a 94 Galant that I have ben having idle problems with over the last few months. It started with idle surges after starting. It would surge to over 2k, drop back down then go right back up. Then it started to just idle high. Soon after that it went back to its normal idle. About a month later it started to idle so low that if I did not press the throttle slightly when placing in gear, it would stall out. I adjusted the idle screw slightly so it would idle higher but about a week later, it went back to idle too high so I adjusted it all the way back down and it was still idling too high. Now it has gone back to not wanting to idle.

Does anyone have a clue of what I can do to fix this?
