i have a 87 ranger i have replaced the distributor,ignition coil,and ignition module and i can still not get it to crank can anyone help

"Crank" refers to the engine's crankshaft rotating. I'm guessing (from the parts you replaced) that you mean it cranks, but won't start and run on it's own?
What engine do you have? Auto/Man trans?
