need o2 help!

i have crx with b16 and check engine light is on for o2 sensor. i replaced both with new and light is still on. i took out hazard fuse and that didnt work to reset the code. i also disconnected the battery for about 20 minutes and the light is still on. its the only code that comes up. i just get one blink from the ecu.
any ideas?!

if you've replaced the o2 sensor & reset the ecu & the code is still showing,I would recommend having your ecu checked out,
or if you have another ecu,friend/junkyard...try it out & see if its shootin the same code,gl
