ZC problems

Does anybodie know the timing marks for the ZC? I know the up mark is on the inside of the cam gear but do we have to line up the dashes up evenly? anybody have a web site for me to see. i have the stock ajustable cam gears.

plx help.

If you take off the vavle cover, In both of the camshafts, there will be a little hole a couple inches away from the cam gears. If you get those holes straight up and down, you can put something through them and into the head (like a skinny screwdriver or something) to hold them exactly where they need to be to get the head at TDC.
