Shift Points

In Initial D version 1. people can do the cheat where the automatically shift to 2nd or 3rd gear to get a better time, but in version 2. there are shift points. so my question is, what are the shift points for an rx-7 FC3S?

5,000 --> 5,500 --> 6,200 --> 6,500

5350--->5850--->6450--->6700

those sounds a little high your not using the full potential of each gear.
