Getting my SL faster :)

So my bro comes to my job in a Mustang Mach 1 to tease me lol and he speeds away and i follow. I follow him all the way to a high way where we ripped it. Maybe not to you vr4ers, but to me, a fellow SLer, that car is crazy fast! lol I was just tryna keep up. I can't WAIT to get a vr4 lol ugh!!!!!!!

Ok i need some help on getting my SL faster because i totally got pw3nd today. ****What's probably the fastest an SL can get, all motor? And how.**** I JUST got my paycheck and another one is on the way. I'm gonna get my pipes done pretty soon. I'm gonna get my intake and headers. I mean maybe i wont be THAT fast, but hey atleast it'll feed my need until i get a vr4 :( thx ppl

you could rebuild the engine with different compression pistons
you could dyno tune for Air/Fuel Ratio and Timing
You could get everything port and polished

The question is how much do you really want to invest into the N/A if you are definantly getting a vr4...?

I went out for the night cruisin around with my bro today and just got back! He raced a Corvette from a light and won. lol And then later, we were at a red light and i was behind him. I rev my engine, then my bro revs his engine, then suddenly we hear one of those Honda Trash can type-engine-vibrating muffler rev lol! And it was a Honda Accord. He didn't wanna race me tho :( He lined up with my bro and WOW lmao The dude with the accord tried SO hard to take on that Mach 1 that his car overheated and there was SO much smoke and he had to leave looool. He got PW3ND! Then i tried to race that Mach 1 from a roll of 35mph and got totally owned too lol.

How much would all that cost?

Well ..... i'm probably getting my vr4 in a year from now or probably more. So i'll have my SL for a while ........ i can throw $590 on it right now this very week. Within a month from now i can throw um .... $700 more. After that it's insurance paying time lol. I'd invest probably $1500-$2,000 max. How much far could that get me, all motor. Not very far i imagine. lol TY!
