they were "Trying" to follow the guy round, wouldnt you? i saw a ferrari 360 modena off the 84 west (portland oregon) i tried to keep up with him (in an 02 sonata) so he gave me a little nod and took off, it was pretty cool.

Same thing happened when I was cruising one night. Came across a Zo6 and he lit up the tires at like 50mph, it was too cool.

Point is, ya, I would follow him for a while, but they were with him for a long time. Thats a little excessive.

Wondering what car are they in...how can they catch up with it...

didn't sound like a Ferrari, back pillars are huge, on both cars!

couldnt get a good view of the interior but i think theyre folloeing in a camaro/firebird.

yeah the car they were following in was definitely a trans am. i dont think that guy in the enzo ever really got into it either.

Well......LS1 equipped Trans-Am's are putting out around 350 HP to the fly stock (I know they are rated at 310 but most people in the know..know thats way underrated) And tons of torque..SO you add a nice intake and exhaust and a power adder (which many Trans-AM owners have...and you can give an ENZO a run for its money...straight line of course. :biggrin:

even with 350 the enzo puts out like 600+ and whats the weight? plus the Enzo would have better traction than a FR car.

well in the first race the enzo took off and then i'm pretty sure he let up early.......otherwise the camera car (which the enzo was initially pulling away from) couldn't have caught up to it like that......then in the second race, the enzo takes off on both cars and neither one is able to keep up......so i doubt that either car is heavily modded....maybe just basic upgrades like intake or exhaust......and even if the camaro had 600hp-650hp, the enzo's light weight would still allow it to beat the camaro in a straight line.......especially in top end

enzo's are more on the uglier side of the ferrari's but engine wise its now joke
