Lean Condition

Hey guys,
I got a little problem here, my 99 1 ton, old style w/ 5.7, I've added a K&N FIPK kit, Hypertech Power Prog and a custom exhaust. Now I'm getting the dreaded CES light, I've scaned it and come back with Lean Condition bank 1 and bank 2. I've pulled the plugs and they look ok to lean, light coffee to white. Also every once and a while I get a real stumble off idle under power. It seem lean to drive but not always, how do I add fuel??? Bigger injectors more fuel pressure or rip out the motor and tranny and go carberated with a TH 400, I miss my 87 1 ton!!!!
Please help I don't want to give up on the new trucks yet all the old ones are rusty up here.

i have a 99 2500 crew with same problem but my problem was there before k&n and programmer but exhaust had cats removed by previous owner i am just about to relace my scpi fuel meter unit suspect sticky poppets any other suggestions any one
