What blades do you use to cut the delicate parts?

I use side-cutters (like wire cutters) to cut them off the trees, and a fine nail file to sand off the burrs.

To cut the side windows from the windshield on my S2000, I used my Dremel tool with a cutting wheel.

my idea was to make the windows half raised. with out risking damage

Use some masking tape to form a straight edge across your desired part. Tamiya masking tape is probably the best, if u hav not got any - then get some! Lay down strips on top of each other - about 2 or 3 to make the edge easier to cut against and if u stick it to side of the window u want to keep then the tape will stop a stray knife blade from damaging the part. I hope im making sense??
