Interior question

Anyone know how to take off the fabric on the doors of a 90 accord ex 4dr? I want to put a different color of vinyl where the fabric is, but i dont know how to take off the glue thats holding on the fabric!

If i just grip it and rip it, it leaves a wonderful film of fabric nubbies everwhere.

Any suggestions?

Just do your best to take off what you can and clean it as best as you can. Anyway, it won't show after you apply up to 1/2" thick foam padding underneath the top material. This is a necessity because if you don't, the material WILL show any imperfections of the surface underneath especially if you use material like vynil/leather.
