roll pan questions

I have a new extended cab Seirra and the rear bumper is the only thing that prevents me from parking it in my garage to protect it from the elements.

I have a few questions for you if you don't mind! :smile:

1. Is it basically a take the bumper off, put the roll pan on? I have a trailer hitch which extends beneath the rear bumper. Can I use a roll pan and still have a hitch?

2. Do they come already painted, or do I need to take it somewhere and have it painted?

Oh, and what about the spare tire? Will that have to move?
