I have a 94 cherokee sport. Radiator was toasted in an accident. I was able to find a radiator for free from I think an 88 cherokee. Everything fits except the 88 is a closed system. There is also a sensor plug with two wires that the 94 didn't have.
Both radiators are equipped for A/C, and A/T.
Should I expect problems? Is there anything I can do to avoid them?

This is one case where what you paid for it is mostlikely what it is worth. the problems with the closed sysytem are overheating, overheating and overheating. and for the price of the right one you will save youself more than that in problems first problem is bleedinghthe air out of the system that can goon for ever.and with the closed system the recovery tank was pressurized so sometime the origineal tanks split under pressure. you might get it to work but myopininion is get the right one and save but thats just a opinion with the experience of lots of problems behind it

I have taken your advice and ordered a 3 stack from radiator.com. I hope they are reputable. $119 w/ 3 yr warranty
