how much does mileage affect performance on wrx?

I bought my '02 WRX with nearly 60k miles on it, will the performance suffer somewhat due to the wear on the car? Or can I expect it to be roughly the same as a wrx with less miles? Just an fyi, the car was owned by an older gentleman who didnt abuse it, and everything otherwise is in near perfect condition.

If the maintenance was kept up, the performance should be relatively the same. Granted, there may be squeaks and creaks and some stuff might break when pushed hard that wouldn't have broken at the zero mile mark, but otherwise it should be OK.
