CV 1997 Interceptor General Info Needed

I just bought a 97 Crown Victoria for $2,900. It has 118k miles on it. Are their any potential common problems I should be aware of on this ex-police car?

There are not really any "problem" areas, but typically the front suspensions get beat up. Make sure the transmission gets ONLY Mercon V fluid.
