Good Amps?

What are some good cheap brand name amps. Are Power Acoustik amps any good? i find them cheap on thezeb.com, like a 600wat rms amp for 130. Ive also heard hifonics is good too and ive seen it on ebay for about the same price around 150 for a 600watt amp. What is the best bang for your buck amp if you had about 150 to spend for an amp with wattage anywhere from 600 - 1000rms? I just want to run a sub/ possibly two subs off of it max.

i thought profile was the sh*tty amps? I thought power acoustik were pretty good for the price according to some reviews and stuff? But then again im clueless on amps.

what are you runningin the long run? You should decide that 1st, cause if you run 1 you would be fine with a 2 channel amp, bridged to 4 ohm final sub setup. Or if your running 2 2 ohm svc's for example you would probably want a monoblock w/ 1.5 ohm stability....somethin to think about anyway

but if i run one sub or two subs either way i can use a mono amp correct? So i mite as well get a mono either way.

you can either way use whatever amp you want... it works better to match the subs in the end to the amp.

I have the pleasure to use the memphis 500D class amp. I was amazed at how reliable and down right cool this amp is. When im at the car wash There is always some one trying to out play your music. This amp shines 9 out of 10 times. Im running 2 bazooka el series 1204's (12 inchers) I will play them HARD for about 45 minutes to and hour and the amp is cool to the touch. I highly recomend this one. Those guys did it right the first time
