Night is the best time!! When I have a day off, usually the first day I can't sleep so I go for a drive either to stanwell, or just to have coffee.

I don't redline that much...change just before. I don't have my vtec controller to remind me anymore.....so I gotta pay more attention to the taco :p

That's what the rev-limiter is for - to bounce off :D Actually - there was a badly beaten up Nissan 180SX that I played with after we'd turned off. I knew I'd get done, but I missed the gearchanges 'cause I couldn't hear the engine over the sound of his exhaust at full bore. Gave him a shock though, I was on his tail after bouncing therevs on the 1-2 change to 100 and then we both backed off.

Heheh... his GF next to him told him off I think :D

I've started taking the car out on runs more - anything to get out of the unit or away from work :)

Forgot to mention the cruise is probably to the gong...also another very good cruise destination....

but like I said....you'll have to do the coastal drive from stanwell to the gong.

Yeah, I'm thinking of going along to it. I got caught behind a Monaro going past Carlingford shops this arvo... the guy was looking at the windows as he slowly drove past to see how cool he looked - idiot :D

I drive ultra slow in the ultra fast lane, and the people behind me are going insane. I'm an asshole e- ol -e -ole -e ole -e ole. I use public toilets to...

lol - I'm going out riding for a few hours now... at least until it gets dark. Going to see how many lanes of traffic I can hold up :D

So how much traffic did you hold up?

Thought about going down Victoria road, but it's just too damn dangerous when I went out... it loses some of the humour if you get knocked off your bike. I ended up going out through Rydalmere and then doing backstreets and then up kissing point road towards Eastwood. Spotted a cool Triumph workshop... it had some nice cars out the front. I could almost be talked into giving up finding a 1G Civic and going for a 2500S or a Stag :)

:) You know we still have the convertible...but its just a matter of whether you want something with lots of fresh air :silly2:

lol... I really like the smooth look when the roof channels are welded up on a 1G :) A ragtop civic could be fun... but keeping the water out might be a hassle I'm guessing :D

Its just the window flaps....but I'm sure the cover can be remade considering mum is the one that made it ;)

Too true.....

Well if you ever want to look at it let me know. The body is in pretty good shape, just has some rust starting to pop up. Engine is fine, batt probably quite dead, but is pretty new and tyres all good. Needs stereo.
