halo driving lights

well one of my fog lights burnt out tonight, so i figure while im down there i might as well put in some sweet driving lights. i saw that gtpcatz had them and they look awsome. i need to know where to get them!!!!! please help!!!!

does anyone know where i can run power off of for acc. like neons and these lights, because as of now everything comming off of mypower wire going to my sig. lighter, its working fine, but i think w/ these lights i might be overdoing it a little bit.
