yep... you got it.. Take out the pieces and paint them with Vynil paint. It will hold really well. Also put some clearcoat for added protection.

I use R/C car body paint of the Lexan bodies... it's flexable and only $5USD a can... it holds up really well! that's what I use.. it can bought at any hungates or hobby store. I think it's called Racing Finish... not sure thou

racing paint...no offense, but it sounds like something that a ricer would use...it sounds like one of those "if I add an injen sticker to my car I will gain an xtra 5 hp because of aerodynamics!" Sorry, I know that's not how it is with you guys, but It just lends itself to it!

it's not "racing paint" it's just Lexan paint it's called "Racing Finish" look I don't name the product I just use it... also i wanted a pearl blue and none (of the very few) places to get interior paint carried a pearl blue, so I descided to try some paint on my steering wheel center and it worked (high heat tolerance, flexable) it looks good... all you really have to to to apply it is to wash the part you are going to paint then spray. I thought it was easy and it looked really good. personally if it works does it matter what it's called? not really... or you souldn't. and I get nothing but complements for my painted interior. I just do it for my own eye-candy. the nice thing is that there is such a range of colors and shades that no one would have the same one as you do. that's the thing I like so much about it. I dont' think adding stickers gives HP... that's stupid.. but when you got stuff on your car and got the deacl which comes with it.. go ahead. to me (you can tell the cars this applys to) when you see those stickers on cars which have or appear to have them installed I like it... I like that over big Vynals on the car.. just a personal prefrence. but if you got a Greddy or Apexi exhaust or turbo, throw the sticker on your car. stuff like that I don't mind.. but again that IMO, but ya. it's like I always say, do what you can when you can.

i don't mind a few stickers, and I was being stupid in my last post....just thought it sounded funny: "racing finish paint". But when people load their car with stickers, even if they have what ever it is on their car, it makes the car too busy. I want to be able to enjoy a car's lines, not take an entire hour reading the stickers on the side. But one or two is ok. I mean, I have one on my side windows that says mazdaspeed. But I don't think I'm going to put any more on.

I'm not sure I like the whole painted interior. I like a black interior with maybe some colored lights. But i think it makes the interior look cheap when you paint it. That just my opinion. I think it looks tight when you have a black interior (especially leather!) thats been well taken care of and is very shiny. It gives the car an expensive and very respectable look.
