Lebaron AC Compressor

I don't know why but my a/c compressor is drawing in more amps than it should and it periodically blows out the fuse (melts it actually). I was wondering if there is something to this. Thanks

my suggestion is to just get rid of it....a/c is for the weak. not to mention u'll have a significant horsepower increase

i live in arizona, where the heat reaches over 110, trust me, i need a/c

There is more than likely a short in the system mine did the same thing and the wires were touching some metal, i took it to an AC shop

It sounds like the problem might be in your charge. Sometimes when an ac system gets low on freon it will blow the fuse . I would have this checked first.
