92 altima problems

i have a 92 altima that blows the fuse everytime i use the horn.........also when i arm the facorty alarm, the alarm will sound after a few mintues....the unit has been replaced twice and it stii does it....anyone have any idea's????????????????

Think b4 the problem and after the cause and you shall have the answer. If that fails check to see if maybe you have a shorted or inverted cable. You may also have to take a look at the steering wheel itself. The wheel turns on a plate and sometimes it goes.
