gosh no, i would have to have a seperate house just for all of the equipment that i like to use. bowflex sucks, but if thats all you can get to then it would be better than doing nothing.
i do like the butterfly with the bowflex though.

Yes I work out at home. Upper body only.
Using 2 x 8kg dumbbells, I can do biceps, shoulders, pecs and upper back.
I also add situps to that routine to do most of the upper body.

yeah, zebrathree is right, triceps are great for working out..........
i work out at home, and at the weightroom at my school, ive got an ajustable bench w/ a few attachments so i can do curls, leg extentions and ham curls, 2 long bars, 2 short at my house, so i can do most of my upper body and a bit of my lower there, but i do most of my workout at school. If you are looking for a good setup at your house, i would just get some dumbells (size depends on wat you want to do, etc) and a padded bench about 6-7 ft long, doesnt even have to be a "bench press" just something that you can lay/sit on. You can do your entire workout with dumbells, even lower body. I can give u a bunch of exercises if u are interested.

I converted the basement into a home gym after I realized it was costing me more for a gym membership than it would to just get some more equipment added to what I already had. It works pretty well saves me alot of time as I was driving over 20 minutes each way just to get to the gym every day.
-Recumbent Stationary Bike
-Treadmill
-Body By Jake Resistance Machine
-Bench
-300lb Weight Set
-Various Dumbbells
-Roman Chair
-Boxing Bag (needs to be replaced its so old)
-Air Rower

I also tend to have sex a fair bit at home. Excellent cross training. Especially when someone else is there too. ;)

i turned the garage into a gym...all functional training gear...4 med balls(different weights)2 stablitly balls, balence board(wobble board) 8 jc bands attached to the wall, ankle bands, converta ball(med ball on a rope for doing axe chops etc..) a step some small cones for done reaches, and 2 climbing ropes hanging from the roof for doing pull up etc. and 1/2" rubber flooring..
i can work most of the muscle doing 1 exersice.unlike a machine that focus on 1 group like your chest.with functional training you would be working your chest, core, arms and legs the best part is. i can still get the car in the garage

Just killed myself last night. After a particularly bad personal incident, that put me in that state where I could have killed anything that crossed me (quite literally), I took it out with my 8kg dumbbells.
My pecs, biceps and shoulders are f*cking killing me because I did nearly 1000 reps on each before I felt calm again. Can barely move my arms today.

Buying 12kg or 15kg for bicep curls soon. When I first got 8kg, could barely lift the bastards. Now about all they're good for is shoulders.
And .
