Experiences with Dixieart

What are your experiences with Dixieart? I placed an order 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for the response for the shipping price (as its an international order) - emails aren't answered as well? I know they're kinda slack - but this slack???!!

it's possible it isn't in stock yet.
definitely try to call them if you can. if long distance is expensive, get a calling card.

I ordered my anthem from them and got it in a week. Nothing but good things from dixieart.

Only experience I had is by email, they took 5 days the first time to anwser and 6 days the seconds time. After seeing such bad e-mail support, I ordered elsewhere.

Hmm...even if the item isn't in stock - a courtesy email would have been well received. Might give them a call. Can anyone suggest any other online stores with the sort of prices Dixieart offers?
