automatic windows

I recently purchased an 1989 Ninety Eight Brougham and the automatic windows on the passenger side are not working properly. They do not roll up or down right. Currently one of the windows are stuck down. I was wondering what could the problem be, and how much would I be looking at to fix it?

more than likely it's a window motor. Getting the inner door panel off is the biggest obstacle to changing one. Rebuilt or aftermarket new motors should cost less than $50.
