signal light

My parents have a 98 lumina. everything seems fine considering i dont drive it as much as i used to. their righ signal light stays on. no blink, on, off, or anything. when you turn the car on the right signal indicater light on the dash stays solid. the lights on the outside that should be blinking stay solid as well. already checked fuse, so that doesnt seem to be it, any help is appreciated. thanx

You are looking for a short in that circuit, could be in the socket, the wiring or the turn signal switch. Either that or someone put a bulb in backwards.
