raddeling noise

I just bought a 97 GTP, And I LOVE the car, But when I bought the car there was a raddeling noise. I asked the guy what it was, and he said that its the Tensinor Pully, and it cost like 90.00 bucks to fix, anyway I go to ALL the parts stores and show them the part on the car that the guy showed me what the tensinor pully was, and they said that not the pully,The part the guy showed me is by the pully but it dont have any belts on it. Anyway can someone PLEASE, tell me what all the parts are called that are close to the pullys. Ssorry so long but its hard to explain. I Love my car I just want it to run good, and be the bad ass car it is. Thanks. If anyone can HELP PLEASE email at [email protected]
