winding noise in 97 tahoe

I have a 97 tahoe with 132000 miles, I just had the trani rebuilt 6 months ago and put it a new rear end 2 years ago. I have been hearing this winding noise when i drive it sounds like it's the drive line or rear end but the fluid is fine in the rear end.
