tire/wheel problem

for the past 3 or so months every time i turn the wheel all the way to the right, the front wheel makes a wierd sqeaking nose..Also when i drive i hear a wierd schhhhhhhhh noise as i go over bumps and shit. what's the problem???

Endlink, strut, tie-rod, etc. could be anything.

Brakes, rotos, wheel bearings the list goes on like HiFlow said
