Hey , got a question about suspension, i reallly want to get into autox but i want to know how integras stock struts deal wiht a stiffer spring rate for springs, and what spring would you recomend for this, or should i just get shocks and struts together, or just coilovers, ride quailty is not big deal to me...the more hard the better, im deffinelty into the go more than the show. thanks in advavce

Get the best you can afford. If you can not afford something like H&R coilovers go with Koni yellow and some H&R springs.

One of the most beneficial modifications you can do to your suspension for racing would be a rear sway bar also. I say get a nice set of coilovers, or even a nice spring/strut combo. Then go for the comptech swaybar/tie bar combo. It's pretty much guaranteed not to rip out of the chassis and it's got three settings. A cheaper route would be to get the ITR rear sway bar. I believe it's 24mm, with the comptech being 22. The ITR sway bar might require some modification and won't be as easy an install as the comptech. It all depends on how much money you have to spend.
