1988 Jetta Door Hinge

I have a 1988 Jetta with a broken pin that holds the hinge on the door together. How do I get these out? I cant replace the hinge because they are welded to the door. Any Ideas? I tried to use a punch but they wont budge.

Someone must know how to get these out.
