To swap the b16 into the 88-91 civics the right way, you need to get after market motor mounts. There is away to use the other mounts jdm and or us, But You need to cut and weld the mount brackets on the car and the car i have seen this done on, The motor sits wrong and in the long run will cost more money time and effort then its worth. I use the hasport mounts on my swap and have had not problems but any aftermaket mount will work.
I got a deal on my nount thru the company i order my motor thru you might want to look it to that. There are also other aftermarket items you will need to complete the swap the right way, like the shiftlinkage
wich can be cut and welded but shifting will be sloppy.
let me know if you need any other info

Its angled differently. The wiring harness needs to be customed. Everything is opposite since it came from a RHD car. go here www.hasport.com
