You need to give more info, Which V12's? and how is it wired? was it abused? all that jazz

he wants 500 for the box, 400 for the subs, and 1000 for the amps

box is not worth 500, you can get better amps with the same power for less than he wants for them. Those are only worth 800. 400 for the subs is ok. The local shops ho make a better fiberglass box then his will charge 300 at the most for a box like that. It is possible to make that box for 200 or so. He has to take in the fact the equipment is used, and it is not worth wht he wants to sell it for.

yes you could get a nice system, and by "system" I mean an actual system, not just a half-ass sub and amp setup with stock everywhere else.

oh the rest aint stock, i got a hifonics component set in the front with a shitty rockford amp to it, and the rear speakers are aftermarket no idea what they are. also have a pioneer deck

well with 1900 dollars or say 1800 dollars whats a good setup for an all around "system" in an ext. cab tacoma i want a nice box like that. Probally 2 12's or who knows. throw me your ideas plz

i like that combo #4 with the 11Kv.2 Dual 2 subs. definitly probally goin to get that. Still lookin at a tv, only problem with that kenwood is it doesnt have a cd player or dvd player its just the screen

you were looking to get 4 12" alpine type-r's and now you want to get 2 10kv2's? Do you even know what you want? I can't tell if you want a shitload of overpowering bass, or if you just want something to fill in the low end, because you just jumped from one extreme to the other.

Id go with a nice silk dome tweet. I was impressed with the diamond audio silk domes. Those JL's dont look that impressive.

thoes JL tweets will keep up with thoes mids and lows....and thoes mids and lows can get loud enough to make yo uhave to wear hearing protection to avoid the massive pain involved with any sound over 130dB...thoes subs will be able to hit into the 140's easy in an SPL set up and maybe even in a purely SQ set up....aluminum is jsut as stiff as silk stifened by epoxy or poly resin...not quite as stiff as titanium though....but yo uare right silk or titanium is the way to go...but...oh well...

no i was saying the JL's would be fine...WTF? why am i standing up for JL, lol

with that money, don't get a video unit, get a high end clarion or alpine or pioneer or eclipse. get a brahma or two, and a hifonics amp, or some idmaxs, i'd guess they will be better than the ED;s, but i don't know for sure.....
