'90 Voyager engine mounts

Is the driver side engine mount adjustable? I'm replacing both cv shafts and I have to adjust the drive train alignment. I have the passenger side and front mounts loosened, is this enough? Or do I have to loosen the driver side too in order to align the drivetrain properly??

Edit: The engine I have is the 3.0 liter...
