If the fit sucks, and the wheels are a little too small, I didn't see it on the pics!... You did a great job on it!

I'm sure bigger wheels would have made the model sit too high....
If the kit wasn't so expensive, I'd take one immediately...

Thanks.... I can't believe this kit is even more expensive than the Tamiya Enzo (the one without CF decal) I am NSX fan and I have no choice but to get it hehe.

Nice work, the car looks like its ready to drive, what were the fitment problems you had?

ywwong
09-17-2004, 08:38 AM
the fitment problems i had are the front and rear bumper, the hood.

Compare to the fujimi Mini cooper i built, this fujimi kit is a paint to build. :p

Very clean, sleek and simple. Just how I'd envision any type R to be. I'm confused however, I thought the headlight bezels were supposed to be silver or black. Oh well, it's a great car.

hows the fitment for the Jun prelude?

hirofkd

Clean built!
I got the same kit a few weeks ago and toying some ideas of how to improve the kit.
As for the wheel, it is accurate. It's too accurate to the real car's 17 inch wheel that it looks too small on a model car. Some modelers cut the spokes and graft it onto an 18 inch rim from other kit, and I'll probably end up doing the same thing.

thanks everyone!

I will take some pictures of the rear, the button, engine and the interior later!

86_SR5: the headlight bezels i did paint them in silver.. it may not show well in the photos hehe

JD RaYgU: the fitment of the JUN Prelude is pretty good. It is a Aoshima kit.

hirofkd: nice! show us your progress once you start the kit! Actually the more i look at it.. the more I like the car.. hehe

Type-R's headlight bezels are painted white to distinguish it with the standard NSX. Actually, it's a combination of white and chrome, as ywwong accurately represented.
