Fuel problems

So i shut off my 94' blazer which was running perfect, I came out of the store and it wouldn't start. After a small amount of troubleshooting I found that there was no fuel getting to the TBI's. The fuel pump fuse is good. Is there a way that I can check the relay to see if it is good? I checked for voltage on each of the 5 wires going to the relay, one lead has a varing voltage from 0- ~6 volts, I checked while i had someone cycle the key as well and there is no voltage at any other wire. Is that the way it shoud be? Thanks for your responses.

Check out the thread " '90 Blazer driving me crazy, won't start".
I just went thru most of this.
Which Blazer is this? Full size or S-10?
Is there no fuel at the TBI or is there not any fuel coming from the injectors? Have you disconnected the fuel lines at the TBI and had someone turn on the ignition to see if fuel flows (this is messy, be careful about grounding the coil wire to help eliminate sparks and have a fire extinguisher handy).
Do you have the wiring diagram for the fuel pump relay? There is a pig tail that can be energized with an outside power source to power the pump for testing. That will tell you if the pump is running. Do you hear the pump run (2 to 4 sec.) when you first turn on the ign. key? There should be a constant power source to the relay that powers the pump and a power source that is switched from ignition to turn it on. Check all fuses with a test light, not just a visual check.
With no other voltage to the relay wiring plug with key on, it sounds like a fuse or ignition switch. You will need to do further checking to confirm it.
BTY, a good troubleshooting idea is to get a noid light tester from Autozone ($7) to test-confirm the injectors are being powered thru the computer. It saved me a lot of time and effort.
Good luck.

It's a full size blazer, there is no fuel at the tbi, i did remove the line. No I cannot hear the pump running at all. Since I have no voltage to the relay I'm going to check the fuse links. I'll let you know how it goes.
Thanks for your reply.

There is a wire under the hood that is for the primer for the fuel pump- if you do not know where that is ask a service station where it is. (possibilly on the drivers side under hood) if u find that wire run a rire from that wire to the positvie post of the battery- if yuo hear the fuel pump running then it is not the fuel pump if u dont the fuel pump may need to be replaced - check that out and let me know if if got it fixed

So it ended up being the fuel pump, only took a couple of hours to do so it wasn't that bad. Thanks everyone for thier responses.
