Ring & Pinion Gear change

I have an 85 Supra with 4.31:1 ring & pinion gears. I would like to change to a higher ratio. Does anyone know where I these gears can be obtained? 4.11:1 gears are readily available, but I am looking for something in the 3.??:1 range.
