Auxiliary power supply

Does anybody know how to remove the cupholders and cover where the cigarrette lighter and the auxiliary power outlets are? There are three plugs, one for the lighter and two extras, only the lighter plug shows a 12V signal, the other two don´t, checked fuses and they are all good, ground on the aux is good also, I want to plug my phone charger along with my GPS receiver at the same time, help!!

anybody have this problem?
